Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Cresco Labs, Sharon previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at BJ's Wholesale Club. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Strategy and Operations and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Bob's Discount Furniture, Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at Caleres, Inc., and multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Americas Region CFO, at Clarks, where Sharon also served as Divisional Controller for both Wholesale and Retail.
