The Cresset approach to investment analysis manifests itself in the miles and time-zones Patrick and his team travel to, “kick the tires.” From Wayzata to Mumbai, they walk the facilities and sit at the tables of the companies and people Cresset consider as investment partners. Patrick is committed to due diligence done absolutely right.

Patrick holds prior leaders he’s worked with in high regard as mentors and motivators. Whether an entry-level internship, or a high-pressure executive position, Patrick extracted the soul of the experience and made it a part of his character.
