Doug Regan

Co-Chairman & Founding Partner at Cresset Capital

Doug Regan is Co-Chairman and Founding Partner of Cresset. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cresset Capital Management.

Based in Chicago, Doug was most recently Midwest Region Head and Managing Director of J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. He was also a member of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.’s Midwest Operating Committee. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Doug spent 27 years at Northern Trust in a variety of executive positions including President of the Global Family Office business. Prior to that position, Doug was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the Southeast Region of Northern Trust, N.A., with responsibility for 25 offices throughout Florida, Atlanta and Georgia.

Doug is on the Board of Directors of the Old Town School of Music in Chicago; a Member of The Economic Club of Chicago; and a Director of the Jack Miller Center, an organization dedicated to teaching the Founding Principles of the United States of America. Doug received a B.A. in English from the University of Notre Dame and holds a J.D. from the IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. He is married to Kathy and has two grown daughters.
