David Hui, CPA, CMA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Controller for Project Finance & Accounting at Cressey Development Group since September 2025. In this role, David evaluates development proformas, optimizes cash flow, and oversees financial metrics to provide actionable insights. Prior to this position, David worked at Shape Properties Corp. as a Manager in Development and Cost Accounting, managing project performance and mentoring a team of accountants. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Accountant and Project Accountant at Intracorp Homes, where responsibilities included financial reporting and project proforma development. David holds a CPA designation from CPA Canada and multiple degrees related to accounting and urban land economics from UBC Sauder School of Business and Simon Fraser University.
