Miriam Rich is a seasoned communications professional with 25 years of experience in crisis communications, media relations, reputation management, and media training. As Director of Miriam Rich Associates Ltd since January 2011, Miriam has provided expert support during high-profile incidents, including the Grenfell Tower fire inquiry and London's Covid-19 emergency response. Current roles also include Trustee at The Rayne Foundation and Senior Advisor at Crest Advisory, advising on public inquiries. Previous positions include Senior Press Officer at the National Crime Agency and Press Officer for the Metropolitan Police, where responsibilities encompassed proactive media engagement and crisis management. Miriam holds a BA in European Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Diploma in Public Relations from the London School of Public Relations.
