Bert Martinez possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Commercial Lines Broker at Crest Insurance Group since January 2020. Prior to this role, Bert was Vice President at USI Insurance Services from April 2011 to January 2020, specializing as a Property & Casualty Consultant. Bert began the career at HRH of Arizona as an Account Executive (August 2001 - August 2006) and later worked as a Senior Client Executive at Compass Insurance (August 2006 - April 2011), providing risk management solutions to various industries. The foundational experience includes a tenure as Sales Manager at Biddulph Oldsmobile (December 1987 - July 2001). Bert holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University, where studies were completed from 1980 to 1983, and completed secondary education at Chandler High School (1976 - 1979).

On June 1st, 2010, Cody Ritchie assumed the role of President of the newly formed Crest Insurance Group with a vision to develop the firm to be the top agency based in Arizona. Crest Insurance has grown to include offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Lake Havasu, Cottonwood, Sedona, Sierra Vista, Flagstaff, San Diego, Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, Laramie and Rawlins .
