Chester Henderson

Chester Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Chester currently serves as the Director of Risk Services at Crest Insurance Group since the start of 2023. Prior to this, they spent over two decades in the US Navy, where they held various leadership positions. As a Senior Training Leader, they supervised a 40-person division and managed a budget of $1,200,000 annually, ensuring safe and relevant training for 850 Navy personnel. As a Senior Operations Leader, they led and managed daily administration and logistical support for 125 personnel on seven multi-national bases, with responsibilities for deployment and re-deployment of equipment and personnel. As a Senior Training Manager, they supervised the planning and execution of seven courses of instruction and developed new curriculum while managing operational risks. Additionally, as a Senior Operations Manager, they successfully led 190 personnel in austere locations and designed and executed operational missions to achieve strategic objectives. Chester Henderson's work experience also includes roles as a Senior Training Instructor and Frontline Operations Leader in the Navy.

Chester Henderson completed a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, in April 2011, they obtained a certification as a Master Training Specialist from the US Navy.
