Jeffrey Scott has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Jeffrey served as the Chief Technology Officer at Crest Insurance Group, where they built the company's network from scratch and completed various technical projects that contributed to the company's expansion. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Information Technology at PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, where they managed the computer and telephony network and led IT strategies to support business growth. Jeffrey also worked as a Network/Business Consultant for small and medium-sized businesses in the Tucson area, providing IT solutions and assisting in business development.
Jeffrey Scott received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business/E-Business (BSB/EB) from the University of Phoenix. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Northern Arizona University, which they completed between 2008 and 2011.

On June 1st, 2010, Cody Ritchie assumed the role of President of the newly formed Crest Insurance Group with a vision to develop the firm to be the top agency based in Arizona. Crest Insurance has grown to include offices in Tucson, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Lake Havasu, Cottonwood, Sedona, Sierra Vista, Flagstaff, San Diego, Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, Laramie and Rawlins .
