Dana Mohler, CMCA, AMS, currently serves as a Community Manager at Crest Management Company, AAMC, since January 2012. Previously, Dana held the position of Assistant Property Manager at Southhampton Management from May 2008 to September 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, processing financial transactions, managing evictions, and handling lease applications. Prior to that, Dana also served as an Assistant Property Manager at Internacional Realty Management from June 2004 to May 2008.

Crest Management Company was founded in 1993 with 5 associations. We still manage 4 of those 5 today. Through 25 years of controlled, methodical growth, and a focus on client retention, we currently manage over 170 community associations. Crest is a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to building better communities. Crest is 1 of only 10 management companies in the Houston area to have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) designation through CAI.
