Andrew Carlin

Andrew Carlin is a Senior Investment Associate with Crest Rock Partners, where he is responsible for all aspects of the investment lifecycle, including deal origination, execution, diligence, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Crest Rock, Andrew was a Private Equity Senior Associate at Brentwood Associates, where he worked with businesses in the consumer, healthcare and business services industries. Andrew began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays, advising clients on M&A and debt and equity financings in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors.

Andrew graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics. He served as President of the Finance Society and Portfolio Manager of the $2 million student led investment fund. He also volunteered as a business development analyst for Nourish International supporting their international volunteer trips.

Outside of Crest Rock, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, running, watching baseball, snowboarding and volunteering for non-profits.
