Ben Hayes

Ben Hayes is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Associate at Crest Rock Partners since June 2023. Previous roles include Peer Coach at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where coaching focused on career readiness and community building among MBA students, and Analyst positions at Wynnchurch Capital, L.P., where Ben excelled in diligence, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Additional experience encompasses Junior Loan Analyst roles at Wintrust Life Finance, consulting internships at Conway MacKenzie, and a foundational role as Co-Founder and Treasurer of the Rolling Stock Investment Club.
