Heather Contardi

Heather Contardi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Heather is currently working as a Client Account Manager at Crestwood Associates LLC, a position they started in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Purchasing Agent at Reliable Aftermarket Parts from October 2020 to January 2022.

Heather has a long tenure at AVD (Audio-Video Distributors) where they held multiple roles. From September 2009 to July 2020, they served as a Purchasing Agent, responsible for negotiating vendor prices, generating purchase orders, and tracking them until delivery. Additionally, they also worked as an Accounts Payable professional from January 2007 to July 2020, where they handled invoice preparation, audits, and file management. Heather started their career at AVD as a Customer Service/Sales Support representative in October 2002, assisting customers and managing orders.

Prior to AVD, Heather briefly worked as an Assistant Manager at The Galaxy Theatre from February 2002 to May 2002. Heather also served as an Assistant Manager at The Franklin Mint from February 2000 to February 2002. Before that, they were a Beauty Center Manager at Avon for the duration of June 1999 to February 2000. Their earliest managerial role was at Trade Secret Salon/Regis Corporation, where they worked as a Manager from November 1998 to June 1999.

Heather Contardi obtained a diploma in General Studies from Northville High School, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their high school education, they have also acquired certifications in areas such as Business Applications from Microsoft and Acumatica Customer Success Manager. In March 2023, they obtained the certification in Business Applications from Microsoft, and in February 2023, they obtained the Acumatica Customer Success Manager certification.
