Robert Sternberg

Robert Sternberg is an ERP expert and the Director of Acumatica Services at Crestwood Associates LLC. Based in Houston, Texas, he leads the professional services practice guiding mid-market to enterprise companies through ERP transformation, focusing on his teams which take on project management, solutions, support, and implementations. His journey within Crestwood began as a Senior Acumatica Consultant and Project Manager, where he worked hands-on with clients to design and deliver ERP solutions. His proven expertise and leadership led to his promotion to Director, a role in which he now oversees teams and drives strategic service delivery.

Before joining Crestwood Associates, Robert served as an Acumatica Solutions Consultant at ASWi. There, he specialized in presales consulting and solution development, supporting businesses adopting Acumatica ERP. Earlier in his career, he was the owner of Technology SC, a business that provided computer maintenance, management system development, training, and technical support to small businesses. He also spent time as General Manager at Pearson VUE, where he oversaw staffing, performance reviews, training, and operational safety. His career path also includes several technical support and developer roles with Wunsche Help Desk, CyberSpace Computer Repair, and Spring ISD, giving him a strong foundation in POS development, classroom technology, and hardware and software support.

Robert earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, after completing a high school diploma with a technical focus at Carl Wunsche Senior Career Academy. Alongside his formal education, he has pursued an extensive range of certifications. These include well-known IT credentials such as CompTIA A+, Network+, IT Fundamentals, and IT Operations Specialist, as well as Apple Service Fundamentals and Apple Certified Mac Technician. He also holds OSHA and construction industry safety certifications. Within the Acumatica ecosystem, he has built a full portfolio of credentials spanning CRM, business consulting, commerce, inventory and order management, manufacturing consulting, and technical specialization. These achievements highlight both his breadth and depth of expertise in ERP solutions.

Through this combination of technical experience, business education, and ERP specialization, Robert Sternberg has established himself as a recognized figure within the Acumatica community. His career reflects a steady progression from hands-on technical roles to entrepreneurial leadership and, ultimately, to directing ERP service delivery for one of the Midwest’s leading Acumatica partners.
