Andra Harders

Andra Harders currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Cresta, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Andra accumulated extensive experience at TTEC from January 2015 to April 2022, progressing through various management roles within the Facebook SMB division. Key accomplishments include managing significant operations with 80 agents and consistently exceeding quarterly incentive goals. Andra played a pivotal role in launching the Handraiser Marketing Experts line of business, supporting around 500 advertisers quarterly. After starting as a Facebook Marketing Expert, responsibilities expanded to encompass team performance management, coaching, onboarding, and the implementation of new processes. Andra holds a degree in Family and Human Development with a focus on Child Development from Arizona State University.
