Jon Manning is an experienced sales engineer with a diverse background in sales engineering leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Sales Engineer at Cresta, Jon has previously held roles including Senior Director of Sales Engineering at LivePerson, where significant improvements to the presales process and methodology were implemented.
