Ben Le Lay has over two decades of work experience, starting as a Placement Student at States of Jersey in 2000. Ben worked their way up to become an Infrastructure Systems Manager at the company before leaving in 2016. Ben then joined Ocorian as an Infrastructure and Security Manager before being promoted to Associate Director and Head of Information Security. In 2020, they moved to Crestbridge as the Group Information Security Officer and eventually became the Head of Information Technology in 2023.
Ben Le Lay attended Bournemouth University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Information Technology.
