Nicola Simpson

Nicola Simpson is an executive leader with extensive global experience in People & Culture and Operations. They served as Chief Operating Officer at Icebreaker from 2016 to 2018, where they led multiple international teams and contributed to the company's sustainability initiatives. Nicola held various leadership positions, including General Manager roles at Icebreaker and Fletcher Building, and most recently, they are serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bremworth and an Independent Director at Syft Technologies. They are also actively involved in the education sector as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand and are pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Otago.
