Douglas Peterson possesses extensive leadership experience across various sectors, including manufacturing, industrial automation, and environmental solutions. Currently serving as the Authorized Area Representative for Crestcom International in Ohio and Kentucky, as well as President and Owner of Impact Leadership Corp, Douglas focuses on developing management into leadership. Previous roles include Vice President at Stericycle and Executive Vice President at Weidmuller North America, where Douglas led substantial growth initiatives.
