Megan Flood

Megan Flood is currently the Innovation Director at Cresting Wave, where Megan connects innovative young companies with technology leaders. Prior to this, Megan held the role of Director of Venture Strategy and Development at bwtech@UMBC Research and Technology Park. Megan also served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Ryan Edwards Communications, LLC before it was acquired by DG3. With a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University, Megan brings a wealth of experience in marketing, events, and development to their work in the technology and innovation sector.
