Nicole Franz

Nicole Franz has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the field of Human Resources. Nicole is currently the Director of Human Resources at Crestline Hotels & Resorts, where they manage all aspects of HR for approximately 100 associates in a 139-room hotel, including Food & Beverage. Nicole'sresponsibilities include pre-screening and interviewing applicants, managing payroll, and communicating associate benefits. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as the Human Resources Director at Pyramid Global Hospitality for 12 years. Nicole also has experience as a General Manager at Abrio's Brick Oven, where they were responsible for the start-up of a new restaurant and managed day-to-day operations. Additionally, Nicole held the position of Dining Room Manager at Rhapsody Restaurant, where they were responsible for various tasks such as guest relations, staffing, payroll, and inventory management. Nicole began their career as a Student Manager at Boyd, Nelson and Bromley Dining Halls.

Nicole Franz obtained their Associate's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Hocking College between 2005 and 2007.
