Pamela Norris

Pamela Norris has been a part of the Crestwood team for more than 25 years. Pam began her career at Crestwood as a nurse at the Crestwood Center at Napa Valley campus and then became the campus' Program Director, and later she accepted the role of campus Administrator, where she excelled. In 2016, Pam was promoted to the Director of Operations position for the organization. In 2019, Pam was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Crestwood. Pam supports the operations at all of the campuses, with a focus on growing the programs that have opened in the last few years, as well as the new programs that they expect to open in the future.
