Sarah Wood Mph

Sarah Wood, MPH, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and senior living industry. Sarah began their career as an Indexing Specialist at the Local Search Association in 2010 and worked until 2011. Sarah then joined Waltonwood Senior Living as an Assistant Activity Coordinator from 2012 to 2013, where they planned and led recreation activities for seniors. Sarah then moved on to RehabCare Group Inc in 2013 as a Wellness and Fitness Specialist, designing programs for rehabilitation patients and healthy individuals until 2015. Following that, they worked at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., first as a Recreation Coordinator from 2015 to 2017, responsible for organizing and facilitating groups for psychiatric patients, promoting mental health. Then, from 2017 to 2022, they served as the Director of Staff Development, overseeing training and development initiatives. Since 2022, Sarah has held the position of Director of Learning and Performance at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc.

Sarah Wood, MPH, completed their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health from San Jose State University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Health Science degree in Exercise Science from Oakland University, where they studied between 2008 and 2012.
