Frances M. Vallejo

Frances M. Vallejo was appointed to the Board of Directors of Crestwood Equity GP LLC in February 2021. She currently serves as a director at Cimarex Energy (NYSE:XEC). Ms. Vallejo is a former executive officer of ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) where she held a variety of leadership positions including vice president of corporate planning and development and vice president and treasurer. At Crestwood, she serves as a member of the Audit, Finance and Sustainability Committee.
