Dr. Brooke Uptagrafft has had a diverse range of experiences in the field of medicine. Brooke currently serves as the President and Medical Director at Innova Primary Care, where they focus on expanding the practice and implementing innovative technologies and approaches to improve patient care. Brooke also holds the position of Local Medical Director at Aledade, Inc., further contributing to the healthcare industry. Dr. Uptagrafft has been involved in various advisory roles, such as being a member of the BCBS PMD Advisory Committee and the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama PCP Select Advisory Board. In the past, they held leadership positions at Crestwood Medical Center, including Chief of Family Medicine and Vice Chief of the Family Medicine Department. Additionally, they have experience serving as a Family Physician at Gleneagles Family Medicine and as the Chief Resident at St. Vincent's East Family Medicine Clinic, where they played a vital role in coordinating resident schedules and implementing ACGME requirements.
