Lance Eiland has a strong background in nursing leadership. Lance is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Crestwood Medical Center, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Interim Chief Nursing Officer at the same organization from November 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Crestwood Medical Center, Lance held various roles at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. Lance served as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) from June 2017 to January 2023. Lance also worked as the Clinical Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line from February 2017 to October 2021, and as the Director of Nursing for the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) and Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) from October 2015 to February 2017.

Lance started their nursing career at Trinity Medical Center in 2010. Lance worked as a Charge Nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) from May 2012 to October 2015, and as a Registered Nurse in the same unit from June 2010 to May 2012.

Lance Eiland earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Bevill State Community College in 2010. Lance then continued their education at the University of Arkansas Grantham from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Management and Organizational Leadership.
