Richard Snyder

Richard Snyder has extensive experience in the transportation industry, primarily with Crete Carrier Corporation since 1998, where roles have included Owner Operator Support Manager and Director of Recruiting, overseeing the driver hiring process and managing recruiting for both company drivers and owner operators. Prior experience includes working as an Owner Operator Contractor Recruiter and Driver Recruiter, where Richard engaged directly with owner operators and drove initiatives to build trust within the industry. Earlier experience as an OTR Driver at Schulz Transportation Services Inc. involved transporting dry and temperature-controlled products across the continental United States. Richard holds an Associate's degree in Heating/Air Conditioning/Refrigeration from Southeast Community College and graduated from Osborne High School.
