Eric Melnyczenko

Eric Melnyczenko currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Personnel and Culture for CRETE MONEE CUSD 201U SCHOOL DISTRICT since July 2023. Previously, Melnyczenko held the position of Director of Human Resources at Flossmoor School District 161 from July 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing human resource operations, recruitment, and staff evaluations. Melnyczenko's career also encompasses various educational leadership roles such as Assistant Principal and Principal in multiple school districts, along with teaching experience at the middle school level. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Purdue University, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Governors State University.
