Heather Smith is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) sectors, as well as the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Crete United since August 2023, Smith plays a key role in supporting a rapidly growing national building solutions provider. Prior to this, Smith held positions at Axiom Search as a Recruiter, and Top Ten Talent as a Lead Recruiter, where expertise in finding skilled professionals in specialized fields was developed.
