Me'Le'Sa Greene

Me'le'sa Greene is an experienced environmental site assessor currently employed at CREtelligent since November 2025. Previous roles include Scientist II and Hydrogeologist at Ramboll from September 2023 to August 2025, and Geologist II at AECOM from January 2023 to September 2023. Me'le'sa has also worked as a staff geologist at The Sigma Group, Inc. and as a hydrogeologist for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources from January 2020 to January 2022. Before transitioning to geology, Me'le'sa served as a product advisor for Microsoft from July 2016 to June 2019, recognized as a skilled storyteller and brand ambassador. Additional experiences include roles at UWM as an undergraduate research geologist, as well as positions as an office assistant and student survey caller. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology from Kent State University.
