Kyle Kosloske

Kyle Kosloske is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Tax Manager at Cretex Companies, Inc. since December 2018. Prior experience includes Tax Manager roles at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP and a Senior Accountant position at BerganKDV, where specialization in corporate and pass-through entity taxation for investment funds and their portfolio companies was developed. Earlier work included preparing various tax returns and conducting tax planning to minimize liabilities, as well as financial statement compilations for nonpublic entities. Kyle began a career with the Army National Guard/US Army, progressing to Squad Leader and Fire Team Leader, overseeing the welfare and training of soldiers during combat operations in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
