Trey Tubbs serves as the Vice President of Commercial Growth at Grace Hill since December 2024 and is a Partner at Apis Advisors since January 2023, where the mission is to enhance the client experience in commercial real estate through data-driven strategies. As a Founding Member of the Center for Real Estate Technology & Innovation since January 2021, Trey co-founded and led CBRE's global digital strategy and technology partnership arm while serving as Sr. Global Director from 2013 to December 2022. Under this role, Trey evaluated numerous startups, establishing robust partnerships and leading innovation initiatives. Prior experience includes key positions at Sendero Business Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on IT strategy, business development, and client advisory services. Trey holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business.
