Ariel Bedell

Ariel Bedell has extensive experience in real estate law. Ariel began their career as an Associate at Freeman, Freeman & Smiley, LLP in 2006. Ariel then worked as an Associate at Luce Forward, specializing in Tenants-In-Common Syndication Practice. In 2013, they joined Gresham Savage Nolan & Tilden, PC as Senior Counsel. Ariel is currently a Shareholder at Loftin|Bedell P.C., where they assist clients in various real estate matters and provides guidance on estate planning and entity formation. In addition, they served as the Immediate Past President of CREW San Diego in 2021, leading the organization to provide various networking and educational opportunities.

Ariel Bedell earned a Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law and Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, completing their education from 2000 to 2003. Ariel previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology from San Diego State University, studying from 1994 to 1999. In 2008, they also received a LEED AP certification in Building Design and Construction from the USGBC.
