John Frye

John Frye has an extensive work experience history, starting in 1990 and continuing until the present. John has served in various managerial roles, including General Manager positions at Christy & Christy, Inc., Bob Evans Farms, Inc., Applebee's, TGI Fridays, and Crew Training International. Additionally, they have held the title of Manager at Brinker International and Chief Human Resources Officer at UWT Logistics, LLC/United Warehouse Transportation. In these roles, John has demonstrated their expertise in human resources, including overseeing functions such as on-boarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, compensation strategy, and legal compliance. Throughout their career, they have shown their ability to write effective policies and strategic planning.

John Frye began their education at Petal High School, where they obtained a diploma in College Prep in 1987. John then attended Valparaiso University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. Later, from 1994 to 1995, Frye pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Religion/Religious Studies at the University of Chicago.

Furthermore, Frye has also obtained additional certifications. In August 2019, they received a Veterans at Work Certificate from the SHRM Foundation. Additionally, in February 2019, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
