Austin Maddox

Austin Maddox has extensive experience in customer success and sales within the financial and commercial real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Manager for Data & Intelligence at Crexi since October 2019, Austin has held multiple roles at the company, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Account Executive in Data Sales. Prior to Crexi, Austin was a Staffing Manager at Robert Half, focusing on matching finance professionals with businesses. Austin's earlier experience includes working as an Underwriter at Ethos Lending LLC, where responsibilities included loan approval and risk evaluation for loans of significant amounts. Austin completed a Bachelor of Arts in Finance at Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, California State University, Fullerton, in 2016.
