Justin Bauer

Justin Bauer has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Justin has held roles at various companies such as Crexi, Nexient, Fidelity Charitable, BLDG-25 Inc., SAVO Group, WedPics, Pan Insurance, and Trivium Music.

At Crexi, Justin is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer - Frontend. Justin previously worked at Nexient as a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend, where they also served as a Senior Software Engineer II, Team Lead.

Prior to that, Justin worked at Fidelity Charitable as a Principal Software Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. At BLDG-25 Inc., they held the position of Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack).

Before that, Justin was a Senior Software Engineer at SAVO Group and a Software Engineer at WedPics. Justin also had a role as a Junior Software Engineer at WedPics earlier in their career.

Justin's early work experience includes a position as a Web Developer/Designer at Pan Insurance and a role as a Web Developer and Web Designer at Trivium Music.

Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated expertise in various technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, Loopback, NestJS, Redux, RXJS, NodeJS, .NET, and more. Justin has been involved in initiatives such as platform-wide upgrades, code refactoring, performance optimization, and implementing new features. Additionally, Justin has shown leadership skills by leading teams and promoting collaboration and best practices.

Justin Bauer completed their high school education at Park High School from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a diploma. Justin later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Web Development from Full Sail University, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. In addition, Justin obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in July 2022.
