Fred Ferraro has a strong background in real estate development and construction management. Fred started their career at Panattoni Construction in 2004 as the Vice President/General Manager, where they successfully launched the company's Northeast construction division and led project construction and development teams. Fred then worked at JLL as a Vice President from 2013 to 2016, providing leadership to project managers in the Northeast region, overseeing various industrial projects, and managing all aspects of the construction process. After that, Fred joined DCT Industrial as the Vice President of Development, where they continued to excel in overseeing development projects until 2018. Most recently, they have been working at CRG Real Estate as the Vice President of Development.

Fred Ferraro earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Finance from Rutgers University between 1984 and 1988. Fred then went on to complete a Master's Degree at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994. Fred'sMaster's Degree consisted of two disciplines, namely Master of Architecture and Master of Science in Management.
