Mark Sonnenberg has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Mark founded and served as the President of Bird Dog Industrial, an entrepreneurial real estate investment firm. Prior to that, they worked at NAI LaSala-Sonnenberg, where they represented corporate clients in their real estate portfolios. Mark also served as a Principal and Manager of the Industrial Brokerage Division at Cassidy Turley, working with clients in Kansas City and across North America. Mark began their career at Cohen-Esrey Commercial Real Estate as a Real Estate Salesperson. Currently, Mark is the Senior Vice President and Partner for the Southwest Region at CRG, leading industrial development services in the Southwestern U.S.

Mark Sonnenberg attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Marketing.
