Thomas Shanabruch has a strong background in real estate development and asset management. Thomas currently holds the position of Vice President of Investment at CRG. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Managing Director of Investments at McCaffery Interests, where they were responsible for planning, underwriting, and financing over $1.0 billion in mixed-use developments in Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C. Before that, Thomas held various roles at McKinley, including Vice President of Asset Management and Commercial Portfolio Manager, where they oversaw the management and acquisition of multi-family assets. Thomas also worked at Borders, where they gained experience as a Real Estate Analyst and Financial Analyst. Overall, Thomas Shanabruch has a wealth of experience in real estate investment and has successfully managed large portfolios and led major transactions.
Thomas Shanabruch attended St Ignatius College Prep from 1992 to 1996. Thomas then went on to Beloit College, where they studied Economics & Management and obtained a BA degree from 1996 to 2000. Lastly, Thomas attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2005 to 2008, earning an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
