Adam Alcala

Adam Alcala currently serves as a Project Engineer at CRG Residential, where responsibilities include managing RFI's, submittals, change order pricing, plan revisions, and contract negotiation for three multifamily commercial projects since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Field Lead at Lithko Contracting, LLC, where Adam was promoted and completed a learning program, and positions as Project Engineer and Laborer while part-time working during education. Earlier experience includes an internship at Grand Industrial, focusing on various trades within industrial and heavy industrial construction. Adam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2020.
