Randy also owns and manages The Metal Fabrication Group, a networking organization for professionals in the metals fabrication industries, providing valuable resources and support. Previously, Randy held the role of Senior Vice President at PointOne Recruiting Solutions, which ranked among the top five practices within the MRINetwork®, and achieved top 1% global ranking. Randy's career began with leadership at RMS Quality Services I Monsanto from June 1982 to August 2001. Educational background includes studies at Control Data Institute from 1980 to 1982.
