Chelsea Flowers has a strong background in healthcare management. Chelsea began their career as a Manager at Sheridan Healthcare - West Broward OB/GYN in 1998 and held the position until 2006. From 2006 to 2015, they served as a Manager at Sheridan Healthcare - All Womens Healthcare of West Broward, Inc. Chelsea then joined Envision Physician Services and worked as a Workforce Optimization Specialist from 2015 to 2018, and as a Practice Manager Anesthesia Operations from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working at CRH Anesthesia, where they started in 2020 as a Practice Manager and now serves as the Director of Operations.
Chelsea Flowers graduated from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Services in Health Administration. Prior to that, they attended Broward College and completed their degree in Health Service Administration in 2012.
