Dale Lineberry

Dale Lineberry serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at CRH Healthcare, LLC, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles. Previously, Dale held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Softpath System, LLC, and has served as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Change Healthcare, as well as Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition within the same organization under Optum/UnitedHealth Group. Additional experience includes roles at McKesson as Senior Program Manager for Recruiting Process Outsourcing, Talent Delivery Manager, and Sourcing Program Manager. An alumnus of The University of Georgia, Dale obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric in 1991.
