Audrey Abcouwer

Audrey Abcouwer serves as the HR Director for Europe at CRH since January 2022, bringing extensive expertise in human resources across various industries. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager for Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and India at JLG Industries and HR & OD Manager for Europe at James Hardie Building Products, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR and organizational development across multiple countries. Prior experience includes building a HR department from the ground up at Nexct - ICT solutions, managing flex teams in aviation at Olympia, and serving as the branch manager for Unique. Audrey Abcouwer holds a postgraduate degree in Changemanagement from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and degrees in strategic HRM and Marketing/European Business Studies from Avans University and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, respectively. Additionally, participation in a Masterclass in Employer Branding at Nyenrode Business University further enhances expertise in the field.
