Brian Cook

Brian Cook is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business strategy, development, and mergers and acquisitions across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for Global Business Strategy and previously as Vice President for Strategy & Development in both the Americas and European divisions at CRH, Brian leads strategic initiatives and M&A efforts for the company's cement and materials divisions. Prior to CRH, Brian held key roles in investment banking at Annascaul Advisors LLC and Houlihan Lokey, where significant M&A transactions were executed. Brian's earlier career includes strategic development at Lafarge North America, execution of high-value M&A at UBS Investment Bank, and engineering roles at Ford Motor Company. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, an MSc in Engineering Project Management from the University of Birmingham, and a B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
