Guillaume Cavalier

Guillaume Cavalier has extensive experience in the construction and materials industry, having served in several leadership roles at CRH from January 2019 to January 2023, including President of Central & Eastern Europe and South-East Europe Region Director. Prior to CRH, Guillaume was with LafargeHolcim from June 2010 to January 2019, holding positions such as Head of Controlling & Performance Management and CFO and Head of IT for Lafarge Algérie. Earlier in the career, Guillaume worked at COLAS in International Treasury from June 2000 to June 2004. Guillaume holds a degree in Finance from NEOMA Business School and completed preparatory studies at Saint Michel de Picpus.
