Lisa Heimer

Lisa Heimer is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and project leadership. Currently serving as Global Talent Manager and Project Lead at CRH since September 2018, Lisa has previously held key HR positions at COFRA Holding AG as HR Business Partner for Germany & Switzerland and Global Talent Acquisition Lead, as well as at British American Tobacco as HR Business Partner for the Netherlands. Lisa's career began with roles at QUEST Software Dienstleistung and Novartis, where foundational HR skills were developed. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management and Service Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, awarded with First-Class Honours.
