Lydia Behan

Lydia Behan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security, governance, and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Group Information Security at CRH since October 2018, Lydia focuses on enhancing security protocols across the organization. Previously, at TD from October 2016 to January 2018, Lydia managed the establishment of a Threat Intelligence Unit within the Financial Crimes & Fraud Management Group. Earlier experience at PwC from October 2011 to October 2016 involved roles in cybersecurity and forensic technology services, where Lydia collaborated on high-stakes incident responses and oversaw intricate forensic investigations. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Linguistics, and French from Trinity College Dublin, a Master’s degree in Security and Forensic Computing from Dublin City University, and a diploma in Criminology and Criminal Psychology from City Colleges, Dublin.
