Marc Clements

Marc Clements has extensive experience in manufacturing and production supervision, with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Currently working as a Heavy Equipment Operator at CRH since August 2021, Marc previously held key roles including Quality Engineer at Montaplast of North America, and Production Supervisor positions at notable companies such as Autoneum, NHK Spring, Magna International, KSR International, and Intertec Systems. Responsibilities included supervising large teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and managing quality assurance processes. Marc also has a strong background in production efficiency enhancements, safety training, and organizational communication, complemented by a foundation in quality auditing and assembly from earlier roles. Marc's education includes studies at Conestoga College and a secondary education from St. Marys High School.
