Miikka Riionheimo

Miikka Riionheimo is an experienced executive in the construction and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director of CRH Nordics since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at Oldcastle Infrastructure, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development at CRH Americas, and Managing Director of Finnsementti Oy. From 2010 to 2016, Miikka held significant positions at HELLA, including Vice President of Global Production and Managing Director of HRO. Earlier roles at Sandvik Mining and Construction and Hella also contributed to a robust background in operations, product management, and supply chain management. Miikka holds a Master of Science degree in Production Engineering and Production Economics from Tampere University of Technology.
