Nina Avdyushina

Nina Avdyushina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial excellence and operational management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Excellence Director for Central & Eastern Europe at CRH since 2021, Nina leads transformational projects aimed at enhancing commercial performance in areas such as pricing, innovation, and sustainability. Previously, Nina held the position of General Manager and Executive Director at ФСК, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight for the ready-mix business. Nina's prior roles include Managing Director of H+H Russia, Commercial Director at LafargeHolcim, and Head of Sales at Henkel, contributing to significant profitability improvements and operational excellence throughout diverse organizations.
